Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, We respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Our service providers miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on their waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by text message/email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48-hour notice will result in charge of $25 service at your next appointment for each service canceled. - ‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
Salon Service & Retail Policy:
We strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your provider know within 7 days of your visit and we'd be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.

Service prices will vary based on the service provider you choose to see. Prices noted online are "starting at" and will increase based on your needs.
