Appointments:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all guest our services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 24 hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
For the safety and transparency of all clients:
Children under 14 must not be left alone during hair services.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for massages.
Pricing:
All prices listed are base prices. Final pricing will be determined at checkout, accounting for any additional services or products used to achieve your desired results.
No-Show:
We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for our services. Appointments that are not cancelled result in a loss of income to our service providers. If you No Show your appointment after we have reached out to you by Email and Text, you will be subject to 100% of the service charge of the anticipated service amount listed at the stylist level. This fee takes care of that service providers loss of income when failed to cancel appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our staff, and waiting guests, we request a 24 hour advance cancellation notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Services:
Color Redos - Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are happy to make adjustments if communicated within 7 days of the appointment. The redo must be booked within one week (7 calendar days) of original service communication time frame, with the original stylist at no additional charge *as long as the end goal of your hair color remains within the original agreement.
Product returns:
We will gladly exchange any Hair Care product with a receipt within two weeks of purchase. Any tools and hairbrushes, and makeup may not be returned. Those sales are final.
Gift Cards:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards must be present for redemption.
