🌿 Appointments

We want your visit to feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Arriving about 10 minutes early helps us start your service on time and ensures you enjoy your full experience.

If you’re running behind, just give us a quick call or text. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Please note that arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may require us to shorten your service or reschedule so we can stay on time for all guests.

We kindly ask for a 24‑hour notice for any cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our team’s time.

💚 Safety & Transparency

Your comfort and safety matter to us.

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult during hair services.

  • Guests under 18 must have an adult present for massage services.

💸 Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices. Your final total will reflect any additional services, time, or products needed to achieve your desired look.

🚫 No‑Show Policy

Our service providers reserve dedicated time just for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, it directly impacts their income.

If you do not show up for your appointment — after we’ve reached out by email and text — a 100% service charge (based on the stylist level and anticipated service) will be applied. This helps cover the provider’s lost time.

📅 Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is specially reserved for you, and we truly appreciate timely communication.

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to another guest who may be waiting.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee based on the stylist level.

  • No‑shows will be charged 100% of the anticipated service amount.

  • Repeated no‑shows may require a card on file or a deposit for future bookings.

🎨 Service Adjustments (Color Redos)

Your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not offer refunds on services, we’re happy to make adjustments when needed.

If you have concerns about your color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Redo services must be booked within one week of that communication and completed with your original stylist at no additional charge — as long as the desired outcome aligns with the original service plan.

🛍️ Product Returns

We want you to love what you take home.

  • Hair care products may be exchanged within two weeks with a receipt.

  • Tools, brushes, and makeup are final sale and cannot be returned.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non‑refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.

💳 Payment Methods

We accept cash and all major credit cards.
