Availability: We offer travel services for weddings, with priority given to our loyal clients. In-salon appointments are also available year-round.

On-Site Services & Travel Fees: We love traveling to our brides! A travel fee of $90 per service provider applies within a 30-mile radius of Chatham. Locations beyond 30 miles may incur additional fees. Please note that during peak wedding months, Saturday travel is prioritized for our loyal salon guests; however, our salon doors are always open for your party!

Booking Your Big Day!
After submitting the form, our wedding day coordinator will be in touch with all the details below.

Secure Your Date: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your total wedding day services.

Cancellation Policy: Enjoy a full refund if you cancel at least 4 weeks before your event. Cancellations made within the 4-week window are non-refundable.

Service Changes: Please finalize your headcount and services before the 4-week deadline. Reductions after this date may result in a partial loss of your deposit.

Day-of Payment: For a seamless experience, all remaining balances must be paid in one single transaction on the wedding day. We recommend collecting individual payments from your party ahead of time.

Wedding Day Check List
Hair Prep: All party members should wash their hair the day before so it is clean and completely dry upon arrival.

Skin Prep: Apply a moisturizer suitable for your skin type to create a smooth base for makeup.

Wardrobe: Wear a button-down shirt or a robe to ensure you don't ruin your hair or makeup when changing into your dress.
What to Bring
Bridal Accessories: Don't forget your veil and any hair accessories (clips, combs, or flowers).

Refreshments: While the salon provides muffins and coffee for in-salon parties, feel free to bring your own favorite snacks or beverages
Payment: Collect all individual payments from your bridal party ahead of time, as the final balance must be paid in one single transaction on the wedding day.

Arrival: Plan to arrive at Trends Terra Bella at least 10 minutes early to keep the morning running smoothly.Trials: If you haven't already, ensure the bride has completed a trial run, as these are highly recommended for the best results.
